Frequently asked questions

Delivery times, ticket validity, prices, travelling to Qatar and what happens if an event is cancelled.

Buying tickets

Everything happens on the event page and one checkout screen — no account, no waiting room.

Open the event you want, pick a ticket category and quantity, and pay on a single secure screen. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are all accepted, and the price you see already includes all fees.

Getting your tickets

Tickets are digital and arrive by email; the timing depends on when the organiser releases them.

Tickets are issued digitally and reach you no later than 48 hours before the event starts, at the email address you gave in your order. We email you as soon as they are released.

On event day

The gate is the one part of the trip we do not run: what happens there is decided by whoever hosts the show.

Bag rules, door times, re-entry and age limits are set by the venue and differ by event — check the event page before you travel, and bring photo ID. The gate applies the venue rules, not ours.

Payment and currency

Payment is taken on the same screen as the order, and the page never leaves our site.

Checkout is powered by Stripe: Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, on an encrypted 3-D Secure protected payment page.

Visiting Qatar

Practical answers from official sources — Visit Qatar, Hamad International Airport and Qatar Customs. Rules can change, so check the official pages before you travel.

It depends on your passport. Citizens of GCC countries enter without a visa, and nationals of 102 countries can enter visa-free; others apply online for a Hayya e-visa. Your passport must be valid for at least three months from arrival, and some nationalities are asked for a confirmed hotel booking. Check your exact requirements with the visa tool on visitqatar.com before you book flights.

100% Buyer Guarantee

Every eligible order on Qatar Events Tickets is backed by our Buyer Guarantee, so you can buy with confidence. Here is exactly what we promise.

If there is a problem with your order, contact us before the event. Our team verifies the issue and resolves it with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

The guarantee applies to purchases completed through Qatar Events Tickets checkout. It does not cover issues caused by the buyer, such as providing incorrect delivery details or missing a transfer deadline.

  • Your tickets are valid and arrive in time for the event.
  • If something goes wrong, we provide comparable replacement tickets where available.
  • If we cannot provide a suitable replacement, you receive a full refund.

Still not sure about something? Write to us — we answer every message, and we would rather explain before you buy than sort it out afterwards.
